Service Technician responsibilities include:
Providing timely and quality repairs of customers’ products

The Auto Connect is a new dealership in the Royse City, Texas. I am looking for a auto mechanic that can preform various work on vehicles. The more you can do, the better.

Cars will range from Chevy and Ford, to foreign cars like Mercedes Benz or BMW's. I do the best I can to buy cars from the auction that have the least amount of work required.

I do not buy junk cars and expect you to fix them.

On average, cars that I buy will be priced from 10-20k and will have to pass the auto check and auction inspection before I move on them. I turn down deals daily. My goal is to be a reputable dealer that can safely get people into nice cars.

-Will have their own tools-

you will be able to safely store them in the warehouse area. I am only looking for one tech so you will not have to worry about theft. I also have security cameras in the shop that record 24/7. Mechanics necessities are already in place such as lift, water, and air compressor. I will also provide you with a clean back office area that has a bathroom, computer, microwave, ac/heat, WiFi connection, and mini fridge. If you do not have your own tools please do not apply.

-Will have experience, portfolio, and certification-

You will need to have experience and will be asked to show proof. Applicants that are certified will be considered first for this position. If you do not know how to work on vehicles and do not have any experience please save us both some time and do no apply.

-Will be clean, organized, and detailed-

I know while working on cars can be a dirty job, but we still MUST keep the shop presentable. If we have the doors open I want customers/clients to think "wow that is a nice shop, I would get work done here". Staying organized as you work and cleaning up when the job is finished will be required. If you are messy and have a problem with staying organized, please do not apply.

This is a 1099 contract position for now. As long as everything permits and you pass the 60 day probation period we can discuss full time employment. Hours will very in the beginning should be no more than 40hrs per week.

Job Summary

Maintain a safe and clean store facility environment. Consistently provides friendly, courteous customer service to internal and external customers. Performs other related work.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities
  • Seeks opportunities to welcome, engage, serve and thank customers. Maintains an atmosphere of friendly, enthusiastic customer service with an emphasis of taking care of the customer.

  • Cleans and sanitizes all restroom floors, fixtures, appliances, etc.
  • Clean cases and glass doors throughout the store.
  • Maintains can return machines and area. (Wipe down machines, empty bins, etc.)
  • Dusts and vacuum store facilities.
  • Assists with replacement of lamps in light fixtures.
  • Clean and scrub the backrooms.
