Essential Job Functions – Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform all job duties and operations in a safe manner, while following all federal, state, and Litehouse regulations and policies (Always)
  • Operate and lead key machinery, striving for efficient output of quality products (70%)
  • Set up, operate and adjust machinery Back up Inventory Control I in various duties and responsibilities (15%)
  • Perform changeovers and washes that meet or exceed specifications (15%)
  • May be responsible for breaking co-workers (On-going)
  • Responsibility to adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor (On-going)
  • Ensure products produced meet customer and quality requirements (On-going)
  • Ensure correct entries into factory software (On-going)
  • Perform basic maintenance/controls, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting (On-going)

  • Wiping down large metal parts before lining or tiling.
  • Cutting tile to specification with tile cutters and other hand tools.
  • Using adhesive to line the inside of large metal parts.
  • Cutting liner with large machinery to correct dimensions.
  • Grinding and assembling custom parts.
  • Abrasive blasting as needed.
  • Standing for the majority of the day.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.
  • Operating 4 ½” grinder for long periods of time.
  • Tagging material with the proper job number, part number, and other information as required.
  • Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and twisting.
  • Lifting up to 50lbs without mechanical assistance.
  • Recognizing, setting up, and operating hand and power tools.
  • Machine operation, fork lift, and overhead crane operation.
  • The efficient use of measuring equipment.
  • Cleaning and grounds maintenance as needed.
  • Keeping work area clean, and organized.
  • Working safely and efficiently.
  • Shifts start at 7:00 am daily, working 8-10 hour shifts depending on production demands.

  • Reliability: Minimal attendance issues, and follow procedures when attendance instances occur.
